I was registered on the old site and have now managed to login. What do I do now?
Go to the My Paddock area. On the RHS you will find a link to take you to your Presenter Profile so you can update it.
I'm a new user and have managed to register and login. What now?
Go to the My Paddock area. On the RHS you will find a link named 'Presenter Profile'. Click this and you will see a button 'Create new presenter profile'. Work your way through the fields.
I've updated my Presenter Profile, now what?
Go to the 'Venue' tab in your profile and click on 'Create New Venue'. You can now set up your first Venue Profile. Repeat the process for as many venues as you manage.
I'm having trouble loading photos.

Parts of the site seem to be displaying strangely and I get strange multiple views when I move my mouse.
We have had some problems during testing when the site is viewed via Internet Explorer. It works really well with Firefox, which can be downloaded free for PCs here or Macs here. Otherwise, check that your version of Explorer is up to date.
The site seems to be running very slowly.
Yes, apologies for this. We currently have de-bugging software running and this slows things down. It is also being hosted on a temporary server. Things should be up to speed by late February.
Who is going to keep all the data on the site up-to-date?
It is up to each user to keep the profiles they manage up-to-date. The Heelers have loaded up the site with quite a deal of presenter data, both from the old site and APACA, to get things started, but from now on it's up to you!
