I'm having trouble uploading assets
See the guide here. This is one of the more temperamental aspects of the site, so contact your state Blue Heeler if you are still having trouble.
Parts of the site seem to be displaying strangely and I get strange multiple views when I move my mouse.
We have had some problems during testing when the site is viewed via Internet Explorer. It works really well with Firefox, which can be downloaded free for PCs here or Macs here. Otherwise, check that your version of Explorer is up-to-date.
The site seems to be running very slowly.
Yes, apologies for this. We currently have de-bugging software running and this slows things down. It is also being hosted on a temporary server. Things should be up to speed by late February.
What are tags and how do I use them?
Tags make searches more effective. You can use as many as you like, by ticking existing ones or creating new ones. It's a chance to point presenters to a special interest aspect of your work that may not come out in the rest of the profile.
Some of the information in my Production Profile is confidential. Who will see this?
Other producers and non-registered users will only see your front page or 'public' view. Only registered presenters will see the full details in your Production Profile.
I'm only part way through creating a profile but I don't want anyone to see it yet.
If your profile is checked 'draft', only you will see it. It can only be seen by presenter once you have checked 'publish'.
Is there a cost for uploading a Production Profile?
No, at this stage you will only be charged for entering your prouduction in a Long Paddock voting round. A published Production Profile will be available to presenters to view as soon as it is published.
I can find several versions of a production from the old site.
